Responsibilities:
- Assisting the job of Head of Training with manual revisions and Training Organization operation;
- Staying a focal point of the Training Organization and being continuously available to solve daily routine problems;
- Supporting Training Organization’s instructors work;
- Continuous monitoring and documenting of monthly trainings and recording it;
- Maintaining and updating training course folders;
- Supporting updates and changes of all programs and documents;
- Keeping an updated and orderly documentation of all required documents of the Training Organization;
- Correspondence with Aviation Authorities and Wizz Air Departments when required;
- Actively participate in development projects;
- Creating monthly plans of trainings;
- Creating weekly and monthly reports/statistics;
- Creating quarterly board reports of related trainings;
Requirements:
- College or university degree
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Office
- Basic understanding of aviation
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Any aviation experience is advantage
