We are now looking for a new team member for the exciting Crew Planner position. Are you up for coordinating and planning the routes for our Pilots in a diverse environment? It will be a challenge, but you will get to work closely with colleagues across ASL Group.
Crew Planner
in Budapest, Hungary.
Your role would be:
- Planning and production of efficient schedules
- Meeting the regulatory requirements of EASA and company agreements to a deadline
- Plan and organize annual leave requirements. Work alongside the Crew Control Supervisor and Training Coordinator to keep all mandatory training up to date
- Responsible for the daily and weekly crew planning
- Apply Crew Duty Time Limitations by ASLH OM-A and EASA regulations
- Manage the process of ASLH Fatigue Risk Management program
- Tracks specific crew situation and coordination with the NPFO and the relevant persons from the training department
- Tracks the specific route schedule situation with the relevant persons from the Ground Ops department and the OCC
- Ensure correct storage of all crewing data in terms of duty and rest time
We are looking for:
- Unflappable under pressure and brilliant at building relationships and enjoy multi-tasking
- Have an excellent proven knowledge in spoken and written English
- Proven experience in Crew Scheduling environment
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Aviation experience and Flight Time Limitation knowledge is an advantage

- Job type: Office base, permanent, full-time
- Office hours: 8:30 – 17:00, 2-weekend home standby /month
