Lufthansa Technik AG is currently seeking an Aircraft Data Analyst in the area of Aircraft System Engineering for our location in Budapest. This area is responsible for supporting aircraft owners in maintaining the airworthiness of their aircraft in accordance with the European regulation EASA Part-M and also offering additional engineering services. At our location in Budapest, particular focus is placed on technical data and documentation as well as the airplane type Boeing 737.
You will undertake the following tasks as an Aircraft Data Analyst:
- Convert Aircraft Flight Data Recorder data from maintenance measures, check for plausibility, document deviations and initiate corrective measures
- Evaluate Aircraft Flight Data Recorder data from flight operations incidents according to requirements as well as support customers in investigations and in the initiation of corrective measures
- Support department in the maintenance of aircraft-related master data
- Track and analyze the technical status of engines based on Condition Monitoring data and arrange necessary maintenance actions
- Support departments and maintenance organizations in investigating engine issues
- Perform Cold Fan Trim Balance calculations according to predefined standard procedures
- Support the further development of the Engine Condition Monitoring software application
Your profile
- University degree in electrical, mechanical or aeronautical engineering or completed vocational education and experience as a licensed maintenance mechanic (EASA Part 66 CAT B1.1 or B2)
- Engine mechanic experience is desirable
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and aeronautical legislation
- Excellent English language and computer skills
- German language skills are an advantage
- Good analytical skills as well as a high sense of responsibility and strong personal initiative
- Ability to work in multi-site teams
- Ability to do shiftwork and have a high level of endurance
- Open to business trips abroad
