Aircraft component technician
About us:
Aerometal Ltd. was founded in 1990 owed by Hungarian individuals, at Sóskút, dealing with component maintenance with EASA Part -145 authorisation. We are seeking for Aircraft component technician to support component base maintenance operations on reciprocating engines and ancillaries (mainly Lycoming and Continental types). In long term, our goal is to educate certifying staff, from the applicant.
Responsibilities:
- Performing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conducting inspections and tests.
- Troubleshooting components.
- Certifying the components.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory standards and company procedures on the technicians.
Requirements:
- EASA B1.2 License or equivalent Part 66 basic knowledge (NYE and BGéSzC partly accepted by Hun NAA)
- Type & Recency: Piper or Cessna is advantageous, but not required.
- Proven recency (logbooks required) – but not a must, the applicant can be beginner, with basic knowledge.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- English language – reading, understanding

- Length: +3 year
- Shift Pattern: 8 hours from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
