Job Outline
- Be the voice of Emirates, delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about our products and services.
- Build rapport with customers to identify their needs, seek out sales opportunities, and promote Emirates-related products.
- Issue tickets and tailor travel solutions to meet customer requests.
- Actively enhance Emirates’ revenue by promoting additional services offered by the company and its partners.

Qualifications/Experience
- A good level of secondary education or equivalent.
- Customer-focus with a strong sales orientation to deliver excellent service and close sales opportunities
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Proficient in PC based software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call handling/sales team environment with multiple shifts
- Must be fluent in English & one other language – either Spanish, Czech or Italian.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Hungary

- Competitive salary starting at 675,000 HUF gross per month, with good opportunities for internal progression
- Possibility of working from home after successfully completing a 3-month probation period, subject to performance.
