Crew Control Student
Based in BUD – Office
Purpose of the position:
The OCC CD Student Support Intern will report to the Crew Control Manager and will play an essential role in supporting the Crew Control team. The position offers hands-on experience in the dynamic operational environment of airline crew management.
Responsibilities:
- Keep departure times up-to-date with Air Traffic Control (ATC);
- Follow up on crew sick leave reports
- Notify crew members about actual operational changes
- Perform support tasks as required by the Senior on shift
- Support cross-functional projects and cooperate with multiple departments (Crew Control, Crew Planning, Cabin and Flight Operations, Training, Human Resources)
- Assist in ensuring compliance with duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management regulations
Requirements:
- Active student status at a Hungarian university
- Proficiency in English
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
- Ability to work in 12-hour rotation (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00) including weekends and holidays, maximum 3-4 shifts/week
- Strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
