The Customer Service specialist is responsible for all support required by a customer before, during and after a layover. It includes giving all the hospitality support required to customers and related office work. Moreover, it includes promoting customer orientation throughout the entire organization.

Tasks
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for:
- General tasks related to aircraft Arrival, Departure and Maintenance Check Flights (e.g. transport of crews, inspectors etc. to/from the aircraft etc.),Arrangements with Airport / Ground Handlings Agents
- Arrangement of accommodation and transportation includ-ing car park, for local mobile / communications / IT, for Flight catering
- Constantly supporting in customer care – handling of customer issues and requests on daily basis including personal issues of the Customer (e.g. health care, out of hours queries)
- Preparation of welcoming and farewell packages
- Full support on Visa issues
- Searching for potential companies to cooperate with / e.g. Real estate agencies, Car rentals, Hotels, Restaurants, etc. and negotiate frame contracts
- Coordination of Customer Care Activities on-site like conferences, workshops, Senior Management Meetings, etc.
- Fulfillment of reporting needs around a projects
- Internal management of customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant area (e.g. tourism and hospitality)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position and knowledge of the positions specific field of expertise
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Very good PC skills of Microsoft Office applications
- Customer orientated
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deal with a high level of complexity
