These will be your tasks:
- Supporting the implementation of BUD Strategy, especially the part that is in connection to Digitalisation
- Coordinating the development of digitalisation initiatives with responsible departments to prepare functional needs
- Organizing and facilitating project and work stream meetings, workshops, interviews, and other key sessions
- Giving support to business departments in process improvement projects and supporting the articulation of digitalisation needs
- Work in daily cooperation with the IT department to develop and realise the Digitalisation Strategy and roadmap
- Coordinating the creation of decision making support materials
- Monitoring the digitalisation market, searching for and proposing new systems, technologies
- Support in Obeya ways of working
- Keeping contact with strategic work stream leaders. Acquiring status updates. Supporting solving issues and roadblocks
- Project quality control on related projects
Our requirements:
- University / College degree preferably in business information technology, economics, computer science; information science;
- Experience in aviation or travel industry is an additional value.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the field of IT or digitalisation
- Project management and process management experience
- Negotiation level English and Hungarian language
- Cooperative efforts
- Process and system approach
- Impressive communication skills, solution-focused attitude
- Good analytics and integration skills
- Ability to contribute and implement organisational strategy

Your future workplace:
Liszt Ferenc International Airport is located next to the 18th district and Vecsés. We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, and Ferihegy Railway Station is right next to us (trains run from Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló every quarter hour). You can reach us by car via the expressway or the M0 and you don’t have to worry about parking!
