Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and detailed drawings: Create accurate technical drawings and 2D/3D plans using CAD or other design software, based on the architect’s instructions.
- Design visualization: Prepare various site layouts, floor plans, and building designs under the architect’s guidance, ensuring alignment with project requirements and zoning regulations.
- Plan revisions: Update and adapt technical drawings based on feedback from the architect and project team.
- Compliance checks: Independently verify and ensure that drawings comply with standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Conceptual studies: Develop initial layouts and massing plans in collaboration with the architect, to explore various design alternatives and site usage proposals.
- Design review and quality control: Independently check completed drawings and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.
- Analysis and review of completed plans: Analyze and review finalized plans and drawings according to the architect’s directives, ensuring they meet project goals and technical requirements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the architect and other professionals to integrate drafting outputs seamlessly into larger project workflows.
- Documentation preparation: Prepare finalized drawing packages and construction documentation as required, ensuring all necessary elements are included.
- Preparing Architectural Programs: Assist the architect by preparing architectural programs, including gathering technical requirements, conducting zoning compliance checks, verifying project feasibility, and analyzing implementation site options, while ensuring feasibility and integrating concepts into long-term development plans.
- Technical and Administrative Support: Support the architect by preparing implementation schedules, cost estimates, and technical task definitions, coordinating external contractors, and compiling minutes and summaries from consultations.
What we expect from you:
- A degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in the professional field.
- Knowledge of design processes, AutoCAD, Archicad,
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Good conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems resourcefully.
- Independence to manage your own projects.

Your future workplace:
Liszt Ferenc International Airport is located next to the 18th district and Vecsés. We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, and Ferihegy Railway Station is right next to us (trains run from Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló every quarter hour). You can reach us by car via the expressway or the M0 and you don’t have to worry about parking!
