
Execution Planning Engineer
Join our international team and play a key role in the efficient planning and execution of aircraft maintenance activities.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan aircraft maintenance processes and prepare related documentation and job cards
- Coordinate upcoming maintenance events and the release of work cards across departments
- Act as a liaison between local and central engineering teams during maintenance planning
- Serve as a primary contact for partner departments and customers regarding maintenance tasks
- Manage additional work requests and defect handling during aircraft layovers
- Interpret customer and manufacturer documentation for planning purposes
- Use SAP and planning/job card systems to support maintenance coordination
- Ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 requirements
- Prepare project plans, progress reports, and KPI monitoring
- Support audits, special quotations, and continuous process improvements
What We Expect
- University degree in Aircraft, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of aircraft documentation and maintenance programs
- Experience with SAP and planning/job card systems
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for work and training
