JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle check-in procedure and follow admission instruction
- Assist to promote various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customers, ensure able to deal with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Escort passengers through security, customs including Lounge if relevant
- Keeping passengers updated about a flight change, delay, cancel or gate change
- Liaise with Security, Customs and Luggage department as and when required
- Present our Food & Beverage Menu, make suggestions based on the preferences of the guests
- Take and serve food/drink orders
- Arrange table settings, keep tables clean and tidy all the time
- Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts
- C ooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality management system
Requirements:
- Relevant experiences in hotel, catering or aviation are an advantage
- Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Hungarian
- Able to work independently and under pressure
Work Location: Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport
Work schedule: 8/12 hours shifts, including early mornings and late evenings as well, in line with flight schedules
