Maintenance Planning Manager
Purpose of the position:
Control the short and long term scheduled maintenance and material planning.
Responsibilities:
- Manager of the Maintenance and Material Planning Team
- Managing and approve scheduled maintenance tasks, including work orders (WOs), modifications, deferred structural repairs, LLP changes, rectification of defects before due date
- Preparation and managing of deferred items rectification with contracted maintenance organizations
- Cooperation with MOC and Maintenance Planners in order to handle on time Due List’s works
- Check and supervision of submitted records by maintenance organization providing line maintenance services
- Checking of MRO IT system (AMOS) on sampling basis for proper updating with maintenance data
- ensure that every deferral during Line Maintenance correctly recorded in AMOS by maintenance provider
- Oversight the Maintenance Plan and the required pre-load materials
- Oversight of the work package preparation and material preparation
- Tracking of Deviations from Maintenance Program
- Set-up of a bridging maintenance check for incorporation of the aircraft into the approved operator’s maintenance program if required;
- Optimize Fleet availability through an effective maintenance planning
- Cooperation with MOC Managers and Networking
- Reconciliation of Maintenance Plans with Scheduling
- Process owner
- Follow applicable requirements of Safety Management System i.a.w. Section 4 of OMM
- Performs Initial Competence Assessment of persons, directly reporting to him; defines
Requirements:
- University technical degree (minimum – BSc);
- Fluent English knowledge;
- A320FAM type training (Level III);
- Thorough knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations;
- Five years relevant work experience within CAMO organization;
- Leadership skills;
- Good knowledge of AMOS and MS Office tools.
