Project Portfolio coordinator

Your tasks will be:
- Coordinating the implementation of BUD Strategy
- Supporting the Strategic Portfolio management process of BUD
- Taking part in the establishment of the new portfolio management process and setting-up the required physical space (overall data and process collected to a dedicated room, called „Obeya-room”)
- Providing portfolio and project process trainings, workshops, and other key sessions, facilitate these events
- Support in „Obeya” best practices, ensure process are followed, and new methods are successfully implemented
- Support with clearing out project roadblocks
- Coordination of portfolio and the strategic topics’ projects
- Leading certain strategic work streams
- Managing certain projects
Our requirements:
- University / College degree (economics, project management or relevant)
- Knowledge in Lean and/or Kaizen methodologies
- Project management experience
- Negotiation level English (Hungarian is a must)
- Ability to see correlations
- Analytic mindset, integration skills
- Sophisticated but also assertive communication skills

Your future workplace:
Terminal 1 is located at Budapest district XVIII. We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, Ferihegy railway station is located directly at our premises (trains run every fifteen minutes from the Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló), or by car via the airport express road or the M0 ring road. You don’t have to worry about parking either, you can use P+R parkplace!
