These will be your tasks:
- Responsible for its own portfolio of tenants
- Management of tenant requests, coordinating tenant needs and technical issues
- Keeping close contact with all assigned tenants, maximising tenant satisfaction
- Maintaining relationship with contractual and business partners
- Arranging handover/takeover of leased premises, and proper documentation
- Data management, preparation of reports
- Coordination of refurbishment with the support of technical department
- Following up ongoing issues in a form of status report ordered from supporting services
- Maintaining the internal tenant database including main contractual conditions
- Monitoring the main service providers, communication to enhance their performance
- Assessing and coordinating tenants’ modification needs
- Leasing premises in existing buildings, providing information and offers to interested parties
- Performing administrative tasks in relation to the property
- Contribute to efficient team work in order to achieve key KPIs
Our requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Property Management or a similar role
- A college/university degree
- High Proficiency in English and Hungarian
- High user-level computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible personality with good problem-solving skills
- Strong Technical Maintenance and soft FM knowledge is a plus
- Great communication skills with high level of cooperation
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Category B driver’s license

We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, and Ferihegy Railway Station is right next to us (trains run from Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló every quarter hour). You can reach us by car via the expressway or the M0 and you don’t have to worry about parking!
