BUDPORT Handling Ltd. is looking for new employees for the position of Check-in and Gate agent
Job description:
- Check-in passengers in the system
- Check-in passenger’s luggages in the system
- Check passports and visas validity according to the regulations
- Board passengers
- If needed impose extra charges
- Friendly and helpful customer service for all passengers
Requirements:
- High school degree
- At least one year of experience as a check-in agent (current check-in position is an advantage)
- Fluent verbal english knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team-player
- Strong problem solving skills
Other advantages:
- Knowledge of SITA DCS system
- Knowledge of any DCS system
- Completed a DGR training (with valid certificate)
- Other language knowledge
- Interested in aviation industry
- Able to start immediately
We offer competitive salary and crew transfer for early morning and night shifts. The work schedule orientates to the airlines’ timetables and airport opening hours (0-24).
