Engineer for electrical load analysis (M/F)

Lufthansa Technik AG is currently seeking an Engineer for electrical load analysis in the area of Aircraft System Engineering for our location in Budapest. This area is responsible for supporting aircraft owners in maintaining the airworthiness of their aircraft in accordance with the European regulation EASA Part-M and also offering additional engineering services. At our location in Budapest, particular focus is placed on technical data and documentation as well as the airplane type Boeing 737.
You will undertake the following tasks as an Engineer for electrical load analysis:
- Obtaining and evaluating reports about electrical loads and load distributions of various aircraft systems and aircraft manufacturers
- Analysis and evaluation of aircraft technical design documentation and electrical wiring diagrams concerning electrical loads
- Calculation of electrical loads and load distributions of various aircrafts by using specialised computer applications
- Production and quality management of reports concerning electrical loads and load distribution of aircraft
- Support to the specialists in the field in case of questions concerning the electrical loads and load distribution of aircraft
- Cooperation in the further development of the specialised computer applications used for calculating the electrical loads and load distributions of aircraft
Your profile
- University degree in electrical or aeronautical engineering
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and aeronautical legislation is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of English and computer skills
- German language skills are an advantage
- Very good analytical skills as well as a high sense of responsibility and strong personal initiative
- Ability to structure, organize and plan complex content
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills as well as assertiveness
- Open to business trips abroad
