Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining resignation data
- Maintaining sick leave statistics
- Coordination with pilot hiring agencies
- Maintaining Out of Base flying database
- Preparation of base visit logistic, support material and presentations
- Bird strike inspection logistic and coordination
- Uniform order monitoring and Base Captain Support, Planning budget, checking invoices
- Direct crew communication for standard Q&A (base change, etc.)
- Crew communication on behalf of Regional Manager if needed
- Team Agenda coordination
- Team support to prepare presentations or statistics on demand
Requirements:
- College or university degree
- Very good English
- Experience with logistic and work flow management
- Advanced MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Statistics
- Basic understanding of aviation
