Security and Aviation Security Specialists

• Implement Security policies and procedures
• Create informative and training to educate employees on security procedures
• Identify potential security issues within the company and conduct investigations
• Ensure compliance with safety rules
• Analyze import/export volume scanning to ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal provisions
• Respond to requests, problems, crisis, critical situations, discover the causes, document what has been discovered and identify steps to be taken
• Prepare security reports

– Aviation Security:

• Implementation and maintenance of aviation security controls related to the receipt of secure cargo through outbound loading and transportation to an air gateway or alternate Regulated Agent (RA) – Access control compliance to the Designated Screening Area (DSA) or alternate restricted areas
• Maintain compliance to the Aviation Security Program – daily operational control documents, recruitment training & compliance records, security seal and transportation documentation
• Work directly with the third party screening supervisor to ensure on behalf of the Regulated Agent (UPS) compliance.

Requirements:

• Security/Aviation Security knowledge (preferred)
• Very good knowledge – Microsoft Office
• University degree
• Effective communication and relationship skills, critical thinking
• Attention to details, very good capacity of analysis and synthesis, time management
• English knowledge – average to advanced
