Senior CAMO Engineer / CAMO Manager
in Budapest, Hungary.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor and train the airworthiness support engineers.
- Ensure that modifications and repairs are initiated, tasked and tracked in AMOS according the required timescales
- Organise and distribute the work within the technical services department in accordance with requirements.
- Liaising with (Supplemental) Type Certificate Holders and OEM’s regarding airworthiness queries
- Research and development of local procedures.
- Maintenance Programme monitoring, production and submission.
Essential / Qualifications
- Educated to Degree level in a relevant field or experience within a Technical Services department.
- Experience as senior member of a CAMO,
- Knowledge of corrosion control techniques, Maintenance Program development and reliability monitoring.
- Knowledge of AD/SB’s assessment
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent knowledge of EASA Part M regulations and EASA Part-CAT.IDE, Part-26. Knowledge of EASA Part-145
- Keen and willing to develop skills further
- Excellent attention to detail
- Project planning
- Ability to multi-task and to learn and adapt quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent skills in Excel and Word
- Excellent team player who is able to work independently and under pressure
- English fluent Speaker with Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is necessary.
Requirements / Advantage
- B737 classic engineering and/or maintenance planning experience
- Knowledge of ECTM analysis is beneficial
- knowledge of EASA Part 21 & CS 25 is beneficial
- AMOS software knowledge is a definite advantage
- Relevant Aeronautical Engineering Degree and/or an Aircraft Technician Qualification (EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 Licence)
- 5 years experience in a continuing airworthiness environment (e.g. CAMO Engineer / Technical Records / Base Maintenance Planning, ARC signatory privileges, or supervisory position / quality assurance within a base maintenance environment
