Budapest Airport Zrt. is looking for an employee to fill the position of
Shopping assistant
Position purpose:
Inform and encourage passengers of BUD to enter shops and catering units while in the airside retail zone.
Tasks:
- Actively approaching passengers and offering help.
- Being visible and available for passengers (uniform).
- Finding out the passengers preferences related to shopping/catering.
- Suggesting shops/restaurants which fit their needs.
- Giving directions to these and if needed, escorting passengers there.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual.
- Results-oriented.
- Being able to work independently.
- Understanding and effective use of sales techniques.
- Extraordinary sensitivity on customer service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
Advantages:
- Spoken knowledge of Hungarian, Cantonese, Korean or Japanese.
- 4-5 year of demonstrated retail sales experience, preferably in the fast fashion or cosmetic industry.
