Szolgálatba állította harmadik Szuhoj Superjet 100 típusú repülőgépét az Aeroflot. Az orosz nemzeti légitársaság, amely összesen 30 darabot rendelt az új fejlesztésű orosz utasszállító repülőgépből a híres Aeroflot pilóta, Iván Orlovetsz nevére keresztelte újonnan átvett, RA-89003 lajstromú repülőgépét. A flotta harmadik Superjetje Moszka – Nyizsnyij Novgorod – Moszkva útvonalon teljesítette első járatát – adta hírül a Szuhoj repülőgépgyár.

Aeroflot Russian Airlines puts its third Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft (SSJ100) in operation. The airliner, named after the famous Aeroflot pilot Ivan Orlovets, performed its first scheduled flight SU713/714 on route Moscow — Nizhny Novgorod — Moscow.
The Sukhoi Superjet 100 MSN 95011 was delivered to Aeroflot under contract with the VEB-Leasing JSC on financial lease (leasing). The delivered aircraft is designed to carry 87 passengers in a comfortable two-class layout (12 — business class and 75 — in economy class).
Aeroflot ordered 30 SSJ100 aircraft in total.

We will do our best to make sure that the growing fleet of SSJ100 meets the expectations of the airline”, noted Vladimir Prisyazhnyuk, President of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft.
Aeroflot currently operates three SSJ100 aircraft serving routes from Moscow to St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Ufa, Astrakhan, Chelyabinsk, Kazan and Minsk. In the mid of November these aircraft will also fly on international routes starting with flight to Oslo. By November 6, the two SSJ100 in service with Aeroflot totalized 824 flights and over 1,293 hours. Aeroflot operations confirm that the aircraft perfectly match their requirements in terms of high frequency departures on regional routes.
This delivery represents the fourth SSJ100 in service with Armavia and Aeroflot.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100) is a 100 seat regional jet designed, developed and built by Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC), in partnership with Alenia Aeronautica, a Finmeccanica Company. On May 19th 2008 SSJ100 successfully accomplished its first flight. The Sukhoi Superjet 100 cruises at a Maximum Operating Speed of Mach 0.81 and 40,000 feet. It takes off from a 1,731 meters runway in the basic range and 2,052 meters in the long range. The operating range for the basic version is 3,048 km and
4,578 km for the long range version. In February 2011, the SSJ100 obtained the Type Certificate by the Russian Certification Authority IAC AR. The EASA certification is expected to follow in 2011. On April 19th 2011 first production SSJ100 was delivered to Armavia airlines (Armenia). There are currently three SSJ100s in service with Armavia and Aeroflot.
