TICKET SALES REPRESENTATIVE
TASKS
- Ticket sales
- Handling flight ticket reservations in relevant systems
- Liaise with various organizational units involved in the ground handling of aircraft like check-in and airline representatives
- Performing financial transactions in connection with ticket, insurance, using invoicing and ticket sales systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, SkySpeed etc.
- Providing general travel information to all passengers
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
- Secondary school qualification
- Intermediate level English language skills (active language skills necessary)
- At least 1 year of former experience in the area of ticket sales
- Knowledge of systems used in airline ticket sales (Amadeus, Galileo, SkySpeed etc.)
- No criminal record
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and also in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work extra hours when there are operational needs
- Ability to work in high stress levels
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
