FARNAIR Handling Kft., a cargo handling service provider operating at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport is looking for
AIR CARGO OFFICE AGENT(S)
for a full time position
Activities:
- Office level execution, supporting and supervision of export/import cargo handling tasks
- Data capturing and documents’ handling of flown-cargo and RFS shipments
- Coordination of warehouse and ramp cargo handling processes
- Communication with airline and landside clients during the handling processes
- Supporting customs management and customer service processes
- Participation in data processing and controlling related to cargo handling activities
- Minimum Secondary Education graduation
- Minimum 2 years experience in comparable position
- Hungarian language knowledge
- Fluent English language knowledge oral & written
- Confident PC end user skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Irreproachable criminal record satisfying Airport Permanent Badge requirements at BUD
- Category “B” driving license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident, customer oriented attitude
- Self-motivated, constructive individual, with problem solving attitude and stress tolerance
- Being able to work independently, responsibly, but supporting the teamwork of the office
- Accuracy, precision and reliability
- Higher level professional education
- Other specialized qualifications ( IATA DG Cat6, IATA LAR, etc.)
- Other relevant language knowledge
- Facilities of FARNAIR Handling Kft. in the Europolis Aerozone Business Park and at BUD Airport
