Commercial Project Manager

The Commercial Project Manager will lead projects (related to commercial premises) of the Business Unit Commercial through all project phases such as initial assessment, planning, execution and closing. The position not only requires to follow BUD’s project principles but also to align and mutual agree on the project scope with internal and external stakeholders.

Tasks:
- Organize, drive and participate/lead mostly fit-out project processes through its full lifecycle (budgeting, procurement procedures, design activity, permitting, construction and administrative works).
- Organize quality assurance tests and compile respective documentation.
- Provide input and support to direct negotiations with potential concessionaires and business partners.
- Liaise with legal department to finalize newly negotiated lease contract.
- Assist in Business Unit Commercial project planning and strategy development.
- Prepare project analysis (project environment, stakeholders, SWOT).
Expectations:
- University degree
- Degree in project management (desirable not essential)
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian both in oral and written
- At least 3 years of experience in similar job/field
- Project management experience/knowledge preferably from commercial related construction projects (e.g. shops, restaurants, car parks, advertising)
- Projects completed at Budapest Airport (desirable not essential)
- Understanding of the importance of interaction and cooperating with different internal and external project stakeholders at the airport
- Experienced PC user and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office pack and MS Project
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving license

Location:
Liszt Ferenc International Airport is located in the administrative area of district 18 and Vecsés, easily accessible by car via the express road or M0. The airport is also conveniently accessible by public transport and by train (by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest and by train from Nyugati or Zugló).
