Tasks
The Key Account Manager is responsible for:
- Negotiate complex contracts with high potential / high volume companies identified / developed via the New Business & SME Manager.
- Coordinate the implementation of new distribution solutions for high potential agency or corporate accounts, acting as interface between the customer and the Distribution Experts teams.
- Monthly evaluation of own portfolio performance as well as those of the team.
- Pro-actively act as a distribution consultant when it comes to existing and future new booking channels and/or methods in order to optimize LH Group & JV revenue generated by different distribution solutions.
- Arrange and prepare comprehensive customer visits based on sales visit preparations by the Account Steering Expert.
*All other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
The ideal Key Account Manager must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Min. 3 years working experience in Account Management or equivalent Sales Experience.
- Hungarian and English required.
- German desirable.
- Knowledge of the LHG and JV sales toolbox.
- Computer literate as user.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Good understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Excellent problem solving.
- Strong quality consciousness.
- Excellent reasoning ability.
- Excellent ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent adaptability.
- Assessment screening required.

- In accordance with rules and regulations, and given authorities.
