The main goal of the position:
- Sales of all products of the SG AMS in cooperation with Corporate Sales
- Comprehensive Management of the assigned Key Accounts of the SG AMS
- Support of Product Launches in the markets
Location: Budapest
Employment level: Direct entry
Function: Sales and Key Account Management
Working time: Full time
Tasks
The Sales and Key Account Manager is responsible for:
- Leading sales projects including contract negotiations in close cooperation with the respective Corporate Sales unit in the region
- Development of offers / business plans for sales projects including concepts, pricing and risk assessment
- Analysis & Forecasting of customer demand. Development of sales strategies and performance of sales activities
- Customer visits and build-up of lasting, reliable and resilient customer relationships
- Monitoring and active steering of the contract fulfillment.
- Support of smooth transition from acquisition phase to contract fulfillment phase and further to after sales phase
- Support of product launches
Requirements
- University/ Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience in international business environment
- Project management experience is an additional advantage
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Very good PC skills of Microsoft Office applications
- Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to manage complexity
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- High level of customer orientation and sound business acumen
- Ability to initiate and able to work independently
- Can work effectively under pressure, multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to work in multi-site and multi-cutural teams
- Open to business trips abroad
