As a member of our family-owned business, you will inspire our customers from all over the world with excellent product assortments, your expert advice, and your warm hospitality. As a Sales Consultant in our Obsentum Shops, you will

  • Proactively approach travellers with a welcoming smile, discover their needs, and inspire them to make additional purchases from our assortments of high-quality brands.
  • Advice to customers on the sale of exclusive products from the most popular brands.
  • Always be responsive to our customer’s needs and create an unforgettable shopping experience with your dedicated advice and attentive support.
  • Ensure the perfect presentation of our assortment through your great attention to detail.

What you should bring along

  • Passion for luxury or perfumery.
  • Practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, and preferably, product knowledge in the area of Perfume and Cosmetics.
  • Very good command of English, and ideally, proficiency in an additional language.
  • Genuine passion in engaging with people, a natural service orientation and a talent for creating memorable moments for customers and colleagues.
  • Strong team, communication, and sales skills – especially the ability to understand the needs of customers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds through active listening and to act on them accordingly.
